Please don’t forget that your quarterly HOA Fee of $65 is due on January 1, 2012.

If you haven’t already sent them in you will still have time. HOA Fee payments

need to be made by the end of the month. After January 31st, 2012 you

will start to receive Late Fees and Interest on your HOA dues.
